Is there a way to lock an image or text on Google Drawing so the students can add to the graphic organizer, but not change the format or look?
Oooh... that's a good question, and a great topic for Google Feedback! Technically the answer is no, but there are some ways to sort of make it work.
What I usually do is build the background (ex circles for a Venn Diagram) how I want it to look, then download it as an image. I delete all of the components, then insert the saved image. This image can still be moved around, but at least it's just one piece, and not a bunch of little things that can be moved and shifted.

Once again, this is the perfect kind of specific request that makes for excellent feedback! The more we ask for these features, the more likely they are to happen. Just click on Help, then "Report a problem" to let Google know how they can make their amazing tools even better!
