Hello my tech lady friend!! I am in need of a graphic organizer, like a Fishbone Organizer, that I can just type into so that I don't have to use text boxes and copy/paste....yuck!

Well you know my first answer is almost always to use Google Drawings for that, but in this case, why reinvent the wheel?!
Classtools.net has a whole bunch of interactive stuff, including graphic organizers. Here is a fishbone, as you requested.

Believe it or not, HRW (the publisher of Go Math), has some really good interactive ones! They are actually PDFs, but they're editable.

Gynzy has a whole bunch of good ones... the only problem with that one is that you have to have an account AND once you fall in love with it and start to become hooked, suddenly you will find you have to pay for a subscription. BUT as long as you know that ahead of time, you might find some good stuff on there.

If all else fails, just consult Google. Throw the word "INTERACTIVE" onto the beginning of any query (ex: "interactive graphic organizers"), and you're likely to come up with some amazing treasures!
